Inventory Accuracy and Record-KeepingMaintain accurate records of physical stock and system stock.Conduct regular and periodic stocktakes and full inventory audits.Report stock variances promptly for appropriate action.2. Stock Levels and Availability OptimisationPrevent stockouts of fast-moving products while avoiding overstocking.Manage minimum, reorder, and maximum stock levels in liaison with the Sales and Marketing team.3. Loss Prevention and Shrinkage ControlTrack and reduce inventory shrinkage, damage, losses due to expiry, and theft.Inspect incoming shipments to ensure that quality and quantities conform to purchase orders.4. Cost and Efficiency ManagementControl inventory carrying costs, including storage, insurance, and obsolescence costs.5. Team LeadershipLead and manage the Inventory and Stock Control team.Provide team members with the necessary guidance, support, and training.6.
