Job Summary

Plan, supervise, and operate company flights in full compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) is accountable for the safety of passengers, crew, cargo, and the aircraft while maintaining operational discipline, optimizing commercial performance, and applying Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles throughout all flight operations.

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: University Graduate, Equivalent Diploma, or Flight/Cargo Operations qualifications.
  • Licensure: Valid ATPL with a current ATR 72-500 & 42-500/600 type rating.
  • Flight Hours: Minimum 3,500 total flying hours, of which 1,500 hours must be in command, including 500 hours in command on type.
  • Operational Background: At least 2 years of experience in commercial air transport operations.
  • Compliance: License qualifications and recency as per GOM and TCARs requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Added Advantages: TCAA License and prior Customer Service experience in the airline industry.
