The purpose of the consultancy is to provide technical support to UNICEF and MoEST in the design, adaptation and delivery of an applied capacity-strengthening programme on domestic financing for education in Tanzania. Working within a Government-led process, the consultant will curate and adapt existing education financing, domestic resource mobilization and public finance materials to the Tanzania context and support facilitation of a five-day engagement combining technical learning for education-sector officials with broader inter-sectoral dialogue on education financing.
