The GSSC Office is looking for a Chief of Business Solutions and Innovation who leads Business Innovation and Support Section (BIS) and is accountable for defining the strategy for intelligent business automation in GSSC, using a combination of technology, process, governance, and human capital components to work together to deliver innovative, user-centric, and value‑added services. In addition, the chief will govern the GSSC portfolio of business and digital solutions, services and insights that improve how GSSC functions. The role will be responsible for setting and executing an effective and KPI driven customer service strategy.
