Mada Marketing is hiring a Supervisor / Team Leader to lead a team of agents on a daily basis. You are responsible for your team’s performance: you motivate them, track results, and put in place the actions needed to achieve the targets set.

Location: Toamasina
Availability: 6 days a week

Missions principales

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team on a daily basis

• Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement

• Implement concrete action plans to achieve objectives

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Anticipate difficulties and propose suitable solutions

• Ensure efficient organization and continuous improvement of results

Profil recherché

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager, or in a similar role

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to make decisions and manage priorities

• Strong command of team management and performance monitoring
