Job Overview
EncodeWorld Limited is seeking a motivated and qualified IT Intern to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will gain hands-on technical experience in software development, system deployment, technical support, and business technology consulting while supporting strategic client projects.
Key Responsibilities

Software Development and Testing: Assist in software development, writing code, testing applications, and debugging system errors.

Project Support and Implementation: Participate in client IT projects, including system deployment, configuration, and integration.

Technical Analysis: Assist in translating corporate business requirements into functional technical solutions.

System Maintenance and Support: Provide daily technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with software maintenance services.
Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Eligibility: Open to fresh graduates and candidates who graduated within the last two years.

Technical Skills: Basic practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL/MySQL databases.
