Founding Product Designer

Location: Paris or London, on-site 5x/wk.

Reports to: the CPO and co-founder.

Type: Full-time.

Compensation: £100K to £150K base salary plus equity, based on level.

About the company

Our client is building a personal wealth agent. It's a new category: family office, wealth manager and private bank in one. The company raised a €12M pre-seed led by Headline, with Atomico and GFC.

What you'll do

• Shape the product from zero to MVP. We ship a proof of concept every week. The first MVP lands in December, the second in January. There are no product managers. The core flows and the way the product feels are yours to set.

• Define how our users interact with agents. By voice and through interfaces that generate themselves. And how the agent earns enough trust to move users money.

• Prototype and ship in code. You build your designs with coding agents and ship them with the iOS engineers. The code is the deliverable.

• Stay close to users, every week. You're in the user conversations. You turn what you hear into what you build, and you push back when a brief isn't ready.

• Craft the details. Flows, interaction design, and visual polish, down to the micro-interactions and signature patterns.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years designing end-to-end on tier-1, design-led, mobile-first consumer apps.

• A design engineer. You build with coding agents to multiply your output, not to replace craft.

• Obsessive about small details. You sweat the 1px difference and care about every transition and haptic.

• You start from the user's problem and make trade-offs explicit.

• You've taken on more scope, faster than your peers.

• Curious, self-directed, and excited by the ambiguity of building from zero.

Even better if you…

• Have worked in fintech or wealth.

• Have designed agent chat or generative UI.

• Have taken a product from 0 to 1 at an early-stage company.

• Customer obsession. Everything starts with one question: who are we building it for? If we don't know who they are and what they need, we go and talk to them. Then we build with conviction.

• Speed. We ship and iterate every week. Something great today beats something perfect next month. Intense, but healthy.

• Ownership. Real ownership from day one.

• In person. Five days a week in the office. HQ is in London, and Paris hires travel to London.

• Transparency. We give direct feedback, and we open the books.

Interview process

• A 20-minute screening call with the CPO: front-end projects, product thinking and how you use AI.

• A culture fit conversation with a co-founder.

• A case study on solving a product problem with design and engineering. It may be skipped for some profiles.
