Description

Neuchâtel Region | 100% | Temporary 12 months | Start January 2027

Fluent in German and English? Great with customers and strong in coordination?

For an international biopharmaceutical company in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a German-speaking Site Account Specialist to join an international team supporting treatment centers across Europe.

This role is all about communication, coordination and excellent customer service. You will be the key contact for assigned treatment centers, help them manage schedules and processes, solve day-to-day issues and make sure information reaches the right people at the right time.

You don't need to be a Cell Therapy expert – you will receive comprehensive training. What matters most is your ability to communicate, organize, take ownership and find solutions. The original BMS profile specifically requires strong customer orientation, scheduling coordination and direct interaction with treatment sites. Site Account Specialist (SAS) -…

  • Handle questions and resolve day-to-day issues by phone and email
  • Coordinate with internal teams when changes or problems occur
  • Follow up on open topics and escalate critical issues when needed
  • Maintain customer and scheduling data in internal systems
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with your customers
  • Contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience

What you bring
We are looking for people with experience in areas such as Customer Service, Customer Care, Account Coordination, Patient Services, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.

  • Around 3 years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor's degree
  • A genuine customer-service mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating by phone and email
  • The ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when priorities change
  • Good IT skills and the ability to work with several systems and tasks at the same time
  • A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership

Experience in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech or Healthcare is welcome, but not mandatory.

Languages – important
Fluent German and fluent English are essential.

Additional fluent language skills in French, Spanish or Italian are a strong advantage.

Contract

  • Start: January 2027
  • Duration: 12 months, with potential extension up to 24 months
  • Salary: approx. CHF 80'000/year
  • Existing Swiss work permit is mandatory

Interested?
If you enjoy working with people, coordinating complex processes and finding solutions in an international environment, this could be a great next step.

You don't need to know Cell Therapy yet – bring your customer focus, fluent German and English, and organizational talent. We'll take it from there.
