• Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum score of B+ in KCSE or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field with a minimum score of second class upper

  • 5-8 years in sales or business development

  • At least 3 years in sales management or team leadership

  • Experience in real estate or other target-driven industries, such as insurance, is highly preferred

  • Professional qualification an added advantage
