Onfon Media Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates to join its team as Call Center Agents.

Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues and provide information about the company’s products and services.
  2. Customer Support: Assist customers with their concerns, troubleshoot problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Data Entry and Documentation: Record accurate customer information in databases and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  4. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on customer enquiries that cannot be resolved immediately and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Adherence to Procedures: Follow company scripts, guidelines and established protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a call centre or customer support role.
  • Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, including spoken and written communication.
