Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits and cold outreach to local used car dealers and showrooms.
2. Introduce our Chinese used car supply service, negotiate and develop B2B cooperation.
3. Collect local dealers’ vehicle purchasing demands, maintain dealer relationships and push order conversion.
4. Record client information, maintain customer ledger, submit weekly & monthly sales reports on time via WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets.
5. Follow KPI targets: new valid dealer acquisition, valid vehicle demand collection, client visits and deal closing.

Requirements

1. Candidates with used car industry background and existing local dealer resources are highly preferred. B2B field sales experience without auto background will also be considered.
2. Familiar with the local used car market and dealers’ purchasing habits.
3. Strong communication & negotiation skills, capable of independent field work, cold visits and work under pressure.
4. Proficient in WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets for client records and business reports.
5. Native English speaker; local Ghanaian/Nigerian languages are an advantage.
6. Honest, goal-oriented, report data truthfully, focus on demand collection and order conversion.
7. Basic knowledge of local vehicle import regulations is a plus.

KPI & Compensation

✅ KPIs: Number of newly acquired valid B2B dealers, valid vehicle demand entries, converted clients, deal gross profit, field visits and on-time report submission.

✅ Remuneration: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Commission calculated on order gross profit, paid monthly.
