The Government of Kenya, through the State Department for Children Services, is implementing the Adolescent Conditional Cash Plus Programme under KSEIP II to support vulnerable adolescents by combining cash transfers with complementary services that strengthen well-being, resilience and access to opportunities. UNICEF Kenya, in partnership with CIFF, provides technical assistance to enhance programme design, implementation, monitoring, learning and results reporting.
