Profil recherché
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme ou d’une attestation en boulangerie-pâtisserie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Justifier de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience confirmée.
- Maîtriser les techniques de pétrissage, de fermentation et de cuisson.
- Connaître les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
- Être ponctuel, rigoureux et capable de travailler tôt le matin et sous pression.
