Finance Manager (Urgent) – Device Finance Company

 A device finance company launching a smartphone and other devices instalment business in Ghana, is seeking a Finance Manager to set up and lead its local finance operations.

Monthly Salary: GHS 8,000–10,000

The successful candidate will oversee accounting processes, cash flow, financial reporting and inventory controls, including the reconciliation of device sales, customer down payments and instalment collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up accounting processes, financial controls and management reporting for the Ghana operation.
• Manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, supplier payments and month-end closing activities.
• Reconcile device sales, customer down payments and instalment collections across stores and payment channels.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances, identify overdue accounts and work with the collections team to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconcile device stock movements with sales records.
• Coordinate payroll, statutory filings and audit preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience managing accounting and finance operations.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in retail finance, consumer lending, fintech or instalment sales is an advantage.
• An ICAG, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
