Description
Mada Marketing is hiring a Supervisor / Team Leader to lead a team of agents on a daily basis. You are responsible for your team’s performance: you motivate them, track results, and put in place the actions needed to achieve the targets set.
Location: Toamasina
Availability: 6 days a week
Missions principales
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team on a daily basis
Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
Implement concrete action plans to achieve objectives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Anticipate difficulties and propose suitable solutions
Ensure efficient organization and continuous improvement of results
Profil recherché
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager, or in a similar role
Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to make decisions and manage priorities
Strong command of team management and performance monitoring
