Are you a senior finance professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, international business?
HBS is seeking an experienced Senior Controlling Manager to lead our international Controlling function on a 15-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee a multi-country controlling team and play a key role in financial planning, reporting, project controlling, and strategic decision-making across our global operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading a Controlling team based across France, Switzerland, the UK and the USA
- Driving financial performance reporting for projects, business units and international subsidiaries
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow forecasting and monthly management reporting
Supporting strategic planning and business growth initiatives - Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Executive Management
- Contributing to process improvements and ERP development initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years' experience in Financial Controlling within an international environment
- Proven leadership experience, ideally managing geographically dispersed teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and project-based financial management
- Excellent analytical and business partnering skills
- Achieved Master Degree (or equivalent) in Finance
- Advanced Excel capabilities; Business Central experience is an advantage
- Fluent English required; French is beneficial
