STATION: Monrovia but will occasional travel outside if the needs arises

EASY FINANCE LIBERIA INC. is a microfinance organization that provides salary-back loans to people who work for legitimate public and private organizations and receive their salaries through one of Liberia’s banks. We also provide contract financing to NGOs or SMEs (businesses) in order to facilitate or finance projects, and we engage in agro-loans with a focus on small-scale farmers. We are currently based in Monrovia but supports contracts and agro-businesses out stations

SUMMARY:

A Marketer/Credit Officer is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting load products mobilizing clients and helping the institution grow its loan portfolio and minimizing loan default risks.

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, Bachelor’s Degree is an added Advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft officer suit with emphases in Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Email
• At least two year of working experience as a Marketer, Loan Officer, Finance Officer and other related areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The marketer/ credit officer is responsible for Direct Marketing
• To promote all products of the institution and attract potential clients
• To maximize the inflow of successful applicants by conducting a proper screening, explain loan term, interest rate, repayment schedules and other lending conditions to clients
• Preparing the application package by collecting all documentations needed to obtain any of our services and making sure customers follow all procedure and completely fill in all necessary documents require to obtain a loan package
• Assessing of customers financial or loan record with any other financial institution
• Assessing of customers personal relation at jobs site, contract site or agro-site
• formalization of loan decision, supervision and monitoring of loans, loan repayment and Arrears management
• identify new business opportunities and assess competitors’ activities
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on clients mobilized. Loan processed, and loans disbursed

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

A marker’s performance shall be measured by:

• Number of new clients recruited
• Value of loans generated
• Number of loan applications submitted
• Loan repayment performance
• Number to active clients maintained
• Achievement of monthly marketing target
