As digital fundraising continues to evolve, the volume of supporter data, interaction points, and content requirements has increased significantly. To remain effective and donor-centric, UNICEF is exploring innovative technologies that can support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, strengthen donor engagement, and enable more personalized supporter journeys.
