A new international device finance company which is about to start operations in Ghana, is seeking to recruit over 270 professionals for various roles in the first patch of recruitment.

The positions available in this first batch include:

1. Office Manager – Device Finance Company

• Role Overview: Coordinate daily office operations, manage administrative support services, maintain accurate company records, and facilitate effective communication across staff and management.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily office administration and operational support activities.
• Organize office records, correspondence, schedules, and administrative documents.
• Support staff coordination and follow up on outstanding administrative tasks.
• Manage office supplies, service providers, and routine operational requests.
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain confidentiality of company documentation.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related operational support field with a minimum of 3 years of office management experience.

2. Sales Managers (4) – Device Finance Company

• Role Overview: Lead sales operations across assigned territories, guide Area Managers and supervisory teams, improve territory performance, and achieve strategic growth and customer acquisition targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve overall business targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to Area Managers and supervisory teams.
• Coordinate sales activities and market development across assigned territories.
• Monitor sales results, identify performance gaps, and execute improvement plans.
• Ensure teams communicate smartphone financing arrangements accurately and comply with approved sales procedures.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related operational support field with a minimum of 3 years of office management experience.

3. Area Sales Managers (45) – Device Finance Company

• Role Overview: Coordinate area sales operations, direct and mentor five Supervisors, manage territory coverage, and ensure the execution of sales and customer acquisition goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and monitor the daily performance of five Supervisors.
• Coordinate territory coverage, field activities, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Translate overall sales targets into clear daily and weekly team activities.
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to address underperformance and support team retention.
• Escalate customer concerns and operational challenges for prompt resolution.
• Prepare accurate area sales reports and submit market intelligence feedback to the Sales Manager.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline with experience in area sales, territory, or branch management; preferably 3–5 years of smartphone sales or installment/device financing experience.

4. Sales Supervisors (220) – Device Finance Company

• Role Overview: Lead and coach a team of 20 Sales Agents, manage daily field sales activities, drive smartphone sales, and support customer acquisition efforts.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 20 Sales Agents.
• Organize daily field sales activities and set clear target expectations for the team.
• Assist agents with customer prospecting, product engagement, and sales conversion.
• Monitor individual and team sales results, addressing performance issues promptly.
• Ensure customers receive clear, accurate information regarding smartphone financing terms.
• Maintain accurate records of field sales activities and submit regular performance reports to the Area Manager.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with relevant sales and field supervisory experience; preferably 3–5 years of smartphone sales, telecommunications, FMCG, retail, or device financing experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of HDN for Supervisors and Area Managers
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree for Sales Managers / Leaders
• 1 year experience for supervisors and 3-5 years for area sales managers and sale managers/leaders.
