Performance Marketing Lead

الوصف

Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company: top of the FT1000, top of the Sifted 100. We've grown from £1m to £100m+ in under three years with a lean, talent-dense team and day-one founder intensity.

We're operators, engineers, athletes, former and future founders redefining what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.

We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter.

The next chapter is harder and more interesting. We're moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, from curating wellbeing to defining it. We're building the world's best health team.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-agency Performance Marketing Lead. This is a rare opportunity to leverage your deep performance marketing expertise for Europe's fastest growing company, bringing both tactical and strategic level insight into scaling new, branded accounts and driving efficiency improvements at scale.

You’ll be joining a high-performing commercial team; collaborating closely with supply and pricing teams to manage demand-side levers like discounting and stock status.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent critical thinking skills, a desire to get into the weeds on Google accounts and a hunger to drive genuine business value rather than just hitting KPIs.

What You’ll Own

• International Google advertising

• Building operational discipline and improved feedback signals from both our website and Shopify.

• Dialling up monthly spend 2-3x while maintaining efficiency

• Leading efficiency improvements at scale

• Hands-on technical management of the Google accounts

• Pre-empting marketing pitfalls as Healf grows internationally

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Bring deep technical exposure to managing Google accounts in high-growth environments.

• Have a strong personal buy-in to the health and wellbeing space.

• Have a sharp eye for data, details and pattern-spotting challenges before they arise.

• Are confident partnering with pricing and supply teams in a lean org structure.

• Have previously scaled up spend on performance marketing while maintaining efficiency.

• Act as an owner, working with accountability and agency.

• Have launched new accounts in international growth markets, especially in Europe.

• Are proactive, independent and excited to take ownership of large surfaces.

• Are energised by working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

The Deal

We ask for full ownership and a genuine commitment to give this chapter everything you have. In return, we'll give you everything we have, invested in your growth, your wellbeing and the defining skills of the next decade.

We've built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. If that's for you- hit apply.
